UPDATE YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS

If you are having issues with your current payment card, or want to update your payment details for any reason:

Use the following instructions to update the card on file:

  • After logging in, click into the Member Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
  • Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
  • Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
  • Click  next to their card information.
  • Select Replace.
  • Complete the replace card prompt.
  • Then, click Update to apply and keep their changes:

Note: if your payment has been declined, you can also use these steps to re-initiate your payment
